Yes, you can get a free sample if we have in stock.
If the sample needs to be customized, it should be paid for the sample.
Q2: How can we get a quotation?
We will offer you the best quotation after we get the product specifications such as material, size, shape, color, quantity,
surface finishing, etc.
Q3: What format design file do you need for printing?
It'd better if you can provide your artwork as PDF, AI or CDR format file.
However if it is not possible, our in-house designer can make the artwork for you.
Q4: Can you help with the design?
Sure, we have professional designers to offer the design service.
Q5: What about the lead time for the sample and bulk order?
Usually 3-7 days for customized sample.
Usually 15-30 days for bulk order.
Q6: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time?
For small quantity, by express like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc, about 3-7days.
For bulk order, by air about 7-12 days, by sea about 25-35 days.
Q7:Which port can be choosed for delivery?
Mainly Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
Q8: How can you guarantee your quality?
Normally we will send you a sample for confirming everything firstly. Then we will make the bulk order exactly the same as your request.
